On November 26, 2008, Mumbai's Chatrapathi Sivaji Terminal railway station was attacked by 10 men. During the attack, photographer Sebastian D'Souza snapped more than 100 images of Mohammed Ajmal Kasab, the lone surviving gunman from the three-day attack that killed more than 160 people.

“It isn’t even like I’m very proud of the photo, technically,” D'Souza said. “It’s just that nobody had ever photographed a terrorist in action before.”

Controversy has been made due to the fact that D'Souza should have done more during the attacks than spend time taking 100 pictures. I don't believe this image as unethical as it is more presenting the news and he is putting his life at risk to take pictures of the shooter in the midst of the attack.
